Intelligence that never leaves home.
dharam runs frontier-grade AI on Indian soil. Your prompts, your data, your models — none of it crosses a foreign network.
Early access for teams who need AI that answers to India.
One foundation, three ways of thinking.
Everyday reasoning, conversation, and answers. Fluent across India's languages, steady at the wheel for the work most people do most of the time.
Writes, refactors, and ships code across your stack — and never sends a line beyond your walls. Built for teams who can't pipe source to a foreign cloud.
Extended, step-by-step thinking for problems that need depth — analysis, planning, and the questions a quick answer can't do justice to.
Sovereignty isn't a feature. It's the foundation.
Hosted in India
Every model runs in Indian data centres. Your data never leaves the country — by design, aligned with the DPDP Act, not promised in a settings menu.
Open, self-hosted models
Multiple open models, served on home infrastructure under our own control — so your AI supply chain doesn't depend on a foreign API staying switched on.
Fluent in Bharat
Reasoning across India's languages as a first-class capability, not a translation layer bolted on at the edge.
Open by default
An OpenAI-compatible API and clear docs. Point your tools at one endpoint, own your stack, and change nothing about how you already build.
When a nation rents its intelligence from abroad, sovereignty becomes the one thing it can't download. India should own its own mind.
Straight answers about your data.
Where is my data hosted?
In India — entirely. Every request is processed on infrastructure inside the country, and your prompts and the responses they generate never leave Indian borders. Indian data, kept on Indian soil, under Indian law.
Which AI models does dharam run?
Multiple open-source models, self-hosted on our own infrastructure in India. Because the models are open and run on our servers, your data is never handed to an outside provider — the intelligence runs where your data lives, not on someone else's cloud.
Is my data ever sent to OpenAI, Google, or any company abroad?
No. dharam does not route your requests to any third-party or foreign API. There is no external service quietly receiving your prompts — everything is processed on models we host ourselves, in India.
What does "sovereign" actually mean here?
Two concrete things. Your data stays in India under Indian law — and the service runs on open models we operate ourselves, so it can't be cut off, throttled, or have your data pulled by a company in another country. Sovereignty here is about residency and independence, not a label on a slide.
Can dharam help with our data-residency or compliance needs?
That's exactly who it's built for. If your team can't send data outside the country, dharam keeps everything within India's borders — designed to help you meet data-localisation and DPDP obligations. We're happy to walk your compliance team through the specifics.
Do you offer an API?
Yes — an OpenAI-compatible API, so you can point your existing tools at a single endpoint with minimal changes. Your traffic still stays in India.
